Fitchburg's Civic Days Block party is set to take place on July 2 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The party will feature vendors, music and a parade starting at 10 a.m. from St. Bernard's Elementary School.

Worcester Independence Day Celebration at East Park
The celebration originally scheduled for Friday has been post poned to Saturday night.
Here is a schedule of events:
4 pm - Park Opens
4 to 6:30 pm - Kids' Korner - Features activities and games and Jake the Lion, mascot from the Worcester Bravehearts!
7:40 pm - Ceremonial Flag-Raising and Popular and Patriotic Music - Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra
9:30 pm - Fireworks (approximately)

Worcester Bravehearts vs North Shore Navigators at Hanover Insurance Park
The Bravehearts will battle the Navigators on Sunday with first pitch set for 5 p.m.
This will also be kids rule the park day so it is a great a event for families.

Meow: A Cat Inspired Exhibition
If you love cats, this is the exhibition for you.
Meow includes an exhibition exploring the feline as an iconic element of art, a self-guided "cat walk" through the Museum, an interactive installation featuring live cats, a community art show, a naughty kitty take-over of Helmutt's House, a dog show curated by Helmutt, and special art classes.
The exhibition is FREE with museum admission.

Old Sturbridge's celebration starts on July 2 and goes right through July 4th
Celebrate Independence day with family and friends at the weekend celebration in Sturbridge. Citizens will have a chance to partake in many different events throughout the weekend including farm yard games, 19th century baseball and more.
