    Dan Clayman Artist Talk & Wine Tasting at New Street Glass Studio

    Settle in with a glass of wine as you watch a flameworking and glassblowing demonstrations and an artist talk by renowned glass artist, Daniel Clayman. 

    Clayman is a sculptor, born in 1957 in Lynn, MA

    Tickets are $40 per person.

    The event runs from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

    Worcester Rocks for Autism Speaks at Mechanics Hall 

    Head over to Worcester’s historic concert hall for a great evening of live music by Mike Girard’s Big Swinging Thing and a silent auction, while helping to raise money for Autism Speaks.

    Beverages and light refreshments will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

    The event goes from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

    The Holy Cross Crusaders football team hosts New Hampshire in their home opener at Fitton Field on Saturday.

    Out of the Darkness Central MA/Worcester Walk

    Join the effort with hundreds of thousands of people across the country to raise awareness and funds that allow the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to invest in new research, create educational programs, advocate for public policy, and support survivors of suicide loss. 

    The event runs from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
