New England Music Awards Male Vocalist of the Year Nominee, Dale LePage, will be coming to television all over Worcester County and beyond. 'This is the Nightlife with Dale LePage' will air beginning Monday, January 12th, live from the Comcast Studios in Leominster.
"It's live, it's not edited, and it comes with a warning. It will be a talk show format. I will actually sit down with musicians and talk with them. It's a show for musicians and restaurant and nightclub owners from all over New England," said LePage. "I wrote a kick ass theme song, so right from the start it's going to be fun."
Where Did the Show Come From?
"I was approached by Jeff Sylvia of ParaRock TV," said LePage. "He was looking for a host for a new show. Being the media whore that I am, I said 'yes.'"
According to LePage, the ParaRock TV website gets over 5,5 million hits per month. The local sponsors for the show include the Hanover Theater, Crown Bakery, ReMax Vision, TNT Guys Travel, and Ceres Bistro at Beechwood Hotel.
"Our first guest on the show will be Chef Bill from Ceres Bistro. The idea is to have two musicians on the show that will be performing at the venues of the owners and employees that come on the show, but nothing past that has been scheduled yet," said LePage. Thomas Spears has signed on to be the Talent Coordinator and will be the one responsible for booking and scheduling.
Each guest on the show will have between seven and eight minutes of on-air time. The owners of the venues will be able to come on the show and show pictures of their venues, and the musicians will be able to play their best music video in full-length.
