Worcester Public Library Announces Tuesday Night Book Clubs

The Worcester Public Library will host a series of Tuesday Night Book Clubs for readers of science fiction and fantasy, American history, and classic works of fiction.
The American History Book Club meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:15 p.m. The next meeting is Tuesday, February 5 in the Banx Room. James Loewen’s Lies My Teacher Told me will be discussed.
No registration required.
The Science Fiction Book Club meets on the third Tuesday of the month. Upcoming dates are January 15 and February 19 at 7:15 p.m in the Banx Room.
The newest WPL Book Club will meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:15 p.m. in the Banx Room and will discuss book choices from PBS’ The Great American Read.
On January 22 To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee will be discussed and on February 26, the book selection is The Book Thief by Markus Zusak.
Registrants will receive a free copy of the month’s selection.
