4 Men Arrested Following 2nd Prostitution Sting of the Week in Worcester

An undercover female Worcester police officer arrested four men during a Wednesday morning prostitution sting in the Main South area of Worcester, according to the Worcester Police. This operation specifically targeted "Johns" in the Main South Area.  

This is the second prostitution sting in the Main South area this week. 

The following men were placed under arrest for sexual conduct for a fee:

  • Alfredo Rosario-Negron, 49-years-old of 97 Millbury Street, Worcester
  • Alexander Quesada-Godinez, 31-years-old of 35 King Street, Worcester
  • Harry Nelson, 49-years-old of 1 Buckley Drive, Auburn
  • Petraq Bode, 69-years-old of 73 Timrod Drive, Worcester

 

All four men were arraigned on Thursday at the Worcester County District Courthouse.

The Prostitution Sting

On Wednesday, September 28, members of the Worcester Police Department Vice Squad conducted another prostitution sting operation.

A female police officer was working in an undercover capacity with several other undercover officers concealed nearby watching her activities.

Drug Arrest Made 

During the course of the officers decoy operation, she encountered a man later identified as Cleof Ortiz, 39, of 86 Austin Street, Worcester. Ortiz parked his car nearby the officer as she was standing by Louden Street by Main Street. The officer engaged Ortiz in conversation. 

During the conversation  Ortiz asked the officer if she wanted to smoke some crack cocaine. 

The officer asked Ortiz to move his car further up Louden Street so that they can be away from Main Street. As Ortiz moved his car further up the street the undercover officer informed the nearby officers what had just took place. Multiple vice officers approached  Ortiz and search of him produced 4 bags of crack cocaine. An additional bag was located inside his car. 

Ortiz was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Class B Substance with the Intent to Distribute (Second and Subsequent Offense).
