Leominster man sentenced to eight years in prison for probation violation |
David King, 42, was found guilty in 2012 of a series of house breaks in 2010 and sentenced to seven to eight years in prison.
The sentence comes after Superior Court Judge Paul Wilson last week denied King’s motion to suppress a police search of his apartment and found him to be in violation of his probation.
Probation Violation
King was released from prison last August and arrested a month later following a joint investigation into house breaks by detectives from Uxbridge, Oxford, Medway, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Grafton, Leominster, and Littleton.
As a result of the investigation, police executed a search warrant on King’s apartment and discovered hundreds of pieces of property believed to have been stolen from homes throughout Central Massachusetts.
