Two Stabbed in Worcester, Police Searching for Suspect

A man and a woman were stabbed in the area of Endicott Street near Crompton Park early Thursday morning.

At this time in the investigation, the victims have been uncooperative with police.

Officers did not locate a crime scene in the vicinity of where the victims were found.

The investigation is ongoing.

The Incident

On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 5:15 a.m. Worcester police officers were sent to a local emergency room for a report of two victims suffering from stab wounds. The 38-year-old man was suffering from a stab wound to his knee. A 23-year-old woman was suffering from two stab wounds to her back. Their injuries are considered non-life threatening.

The preliminary investigation reveals that a man was driving in the vicinity of Endicott Street near Crompton Park when he saw the victims on the sidewalk. The man drove the victims to a local hospital.
