The program is for adults ages 18 and up who need extra help with math or computer programming.
The volunteer instructor for the sessions is an experienced math tutor and computer programmer.
“For adult learners, if you want to get a better grade for your math and computer classes, or if you are trying to learn new skills to prepare for a career change, this is a great opportunity to get one-on-one help,” said Pingsheng Chen, WPL Public Services Coordinator.
The drop-in tutoring sessions are designed to help adult learners with homework, test preparation, and self-study. No appointment is required during these drop-in hours. The program is free and open to the public.
