Monmouth Cruises Past Holy Cross
After Holy Cross held a 3-0 lead after the first quarter, Monmouth took a 21-10 lead in the second quarter following back-to-back Kenji Bahar.
The Crusaders cut their deficit to 21-17 just before the half when Pujals connected with Tenio Ayeni on a 49-yard pass.
However, Monmouth would score three more touchdowns in the third quarter, including an 89-yard punt return by Kamau Dumas to take a 48-17 lead into the final quarter.
The Crusaders rallied in the fourth quarter with two touchdowns, but would not get closer than 11 points.

The Crusaders return to action on Saturday, October 14 when they visit Yale.
Game time is set for 1 p.m.
